Anna/Rupee Surcharges Covers 1942 (15 Oct.) formula registered envelope (H size) from Kandawglay to Twante, bearing 1r. on 10s. deep carmine block of four with variety surcharge double (black and red) and tied by "kandawglay-rangoon" double-ring c.d.s., handstamped registration label at left; the envelope with a few faults including a horizontal crease which crosses the lower pair, the upper left stamp corner with a blunt corner.
