x India Official Stamps 1883-99 Issue 1a. brown-purple horizontal strip of six from the right of the sheet with narrow sheet margin, variety the fourth stamp with partial overprint se-tenant with the right-hand pair without overprint, unused with part original gum; gum toned and with other faults though exceptionally rare, being the original proving strip for the listed variety of pairs with and without overprint.
