x India 1856-64 No Watermark Issue 1a. brown on heavily blued paper, cancelled with manuscript "Stamped" and tied by "32" (Bhownugger) duplex on 1864 (7 Jan.) 1/2a. blue letter sheet front and part back to Calcutta showing framed "insufficient". R.P.S. Certificate (1956) states "Printed on a paper intended for fiscals". Also a further loose 1a. on differently shaded blued paper.
