Ceylon 1885 De La Rue handpainted essay in the completed design though without values, in blue on yellow tracing paper (74x112mm.) with eight different value tablets below, endorsed "The colours for the various duties to be those shown in the Scheme of colours dated Jany 21, 1885"; fine, unique and most attractive.
