It is the only First Charter note of any denomination or date listed for any Wheeeling, WV bank. There is considerable circulation but the overprint, seal, signatures and other design features are are quite strong. The paper has palpably aged and there are a couple of pinholes but nothing worth quibbling about considering the rarity of the note. Estimate US$ 3,500-5,000
