Definitely has the eye appeal of a much higher grade, but there are subtle pressed-out folds. A Fr.826 graded PMG40 non-EPQ recently sold for $10,925. This on may not have the PMG imprimatur, but it sure looks nice. Estimate US$ 5,000-7,500
