Produced by Robert Owen to pay workers in time (pence/hr) convertible at his stores. The scheme failed because of the changing prices of commodities. Issued pieces are quite rare since almost all were redeemed. This remainder is clean and crisp with a couple corner tip folds and minor handling. AU. Estimate US$ 100-200
