Bermuda 1865-1903 Watermark Crown CC Covers 1873 (13 Mar.) envelope (260x110mm.) registered to London, bearing 2d. bright blue vertical pair and 6d. dull mauve block of seven (top left stamp damaged) cancelled by "B/1" vertical obliterator (Type K2), showing straight-line "registered" h.s., "st georges/bermuda" oval d.s. (Type H3) and arrival datestamp in red; the stamps with some faults, the cover a trifle damaged in places and slightly soiled etc. A rare franking.
