Turkey The City Post of Constantinople - The Otto Hornung Gold Medal Collection Third Period - Stamps with Overprint 1876 (8 Feb.) opened-out envelope from Baghtche Capussi to Cherrah Pasha, bearing on reverse 1868-76 perf. 13 1/2 10pa. dull purple block of four with blue Shehit type II overprints, boxed baghtche capussi (Coles and Walker 17) cancellation and with oval datestamp on the front; some faults but scarce.
