Turkey The City Post of Constantinople - The Otto Hornung Gold Medal Collection Third Period - Stamps with Overprint 1873 (12 June) entire from Brousse to Istanbul bearing unoverprinted 1868-76 perf. 5-11 1/2 20pa. green and 1pi. yellow with "brusa 81" (Coles and Walker 142) cancellations and on reverse 1pi. Postage Due 1pi. (slightly defective on application) with Shehir type 1 overprint and oval "baghtche capussi" cancellation; filing fold affects the two adhesives on the front, otherwise fine.
