Turkey The City Post of Constantinople - The Otto Hornung Gold Medal Collection 1870 (Nov.) opened out out envelope from Edirne (Adrianople) to Eyüp bearing 1868-76 perf. 5-11 1/2 20pa. green and 1pi. yellow with framed Deraliye cancellations and on reverse Postage Due 1pi. with oval "baghthe capussi" d.s., on the front a fine strike of the rare octagonal "Eyüpat" handstamp; the envelope split and repaired with tape.
