Newfoundland Later Issues 1910 (15 Aug.) perf. 12x11 1/2, 2c. rose-carmine lower left corner block of ten (5x2) with "bar" at foot of margin, fresh with large part original gum, four of the stamps in the lower row remaining unmounted; a fine and rare positional multiple of this scarce perforation variety, the block from which the existence of this perforation was finally established.
