India Official Stamps 1866 Fiscal Stamps Surcharged or Overprinted "service postage" in semi-circle, 1/2a. mauve on lilac horizontal pair, believed to be [7-8] from the setting, with overprint very much misplaced to left, fresh with large part original gum; fractional gum bleeding on a few split perfs. at top, a fraction toned and with light horizontal crease.
