India 1854 Issue Four Annas, Second Printing, Head Die II, Frame Die I Blue and red, variety head doubly printed, cut-to-shape with margins intact nearly all round, neatly cancelled with diamond of dots; small light mark below neck, otherwise a fine and attractive example of this rarity showing clear separation of the two printings.
