India 1854 Issue Four Annas, Second Printing, Head Die II, Frame Die I Blue and red, [10], unused, an exceptionally large example with wavy lines on three sides, watermark inverted and reversed, fresh bright colours; traces of staining removed at top and with vertical crease at right, neither of which affect the appearance of this lovely stamp.
