India 1854 Issue Four Annas, First Printing, Head Die I, Frame Die I Blue and pale red horizontal pair, [7-8], huge margins all round showing traces of wavy lines on three sides and portions of rosettes between, the usual pre-printing paper fold at centre, cancelled with diamond of dots and showing large part Le Havre c.d.s. (January 1855) and small potions or two other markings; repaired in places, filled thins, etc., though of good appearance and an impressive multiple. B.P.A. Certificate (2007). S.G. 18.
