India 1854 Issue Half Anna Blue, Die I "A" Stone unused block of twenty-four, [25-48], in pale blue with margins and inscriptions at left and at right, the block comprising a complete intermediate stone of 24 with nine showing touches-up, one with flaw and one with retouch; vertical creases affecting columns four and five and between, the last ending in a small split, nevertheless of good appearance Estimate £ 500-600 provenance: Christie´s Robson Lowe, March 1993
