x Ship Letter Handstamps England Romney 1798 (21 Nov.) entire letter from Charlestown, USA to London, rated "1/1" and showing very fine horseshoe "new-romney/ship/lre" (Unrecorded by Robertson) with clear arrival datestamp (14.1.99) on reverse; light vertical crease crosses the handstamp.
