x Ship Letter Handstamps England Polperro 1837 (6 May) entire letter from Demerara, British Guiana, to London, rated "1/8" (deleted) and "3/4" and showing, on reverse, fair to fine strike of the very rare unframed "polperro/ship letter" (Type S.1) with red arrival datestamp (19.6) alongside.
