x Italian States - Parma 1887-1900 Jubilee Issue 1857 (30 Oct..) large piece of "gazetta ufficiale di milano" newspaper, bearing 1853-57 Newspaper Postage Due 6c. black on rose with large margins on three sides and showing portion of adjoining stamp at right, slightly cut-into at top, tied by box of crossed lines cancellation of Piacenza; fresh and fine.
