Ltd. card (114x152mm.) marked "As submitted 24-4-62" and "Approved for engraving - letter 28/8/62. See "as sub" 27-4-62 for colour required", and one of each value (the 2 1/2d. in the issued colour of the 3/- and the 3/- in the issued colour of the 9d.) on card marked "As submitted 27-4-62" and Approved for engraving, letter 28-6-62".
