Kedah Jitra 1928 (14 Jan.) "Chettiar" envelope registered to Parit Buntar bearing, on reverse, 1921 4c., 5c. and 10c. all clearly tied by "jitra/kedah" double-ring d.s. (Type D4) and showing Alor Star Registration Branch, Taiping and arrival datestamps alongside and, on face, registration d.s. (Type R2) and framed "undelivered for reason stated. return/to sender at address shown on cover" (Type I10) applied in error and overstruck by two stikes of framed "recommandé"; some light overall discolouration.
