Singapore Covers and Cancellations 1882 (26 Jan.) envelope to Hong Kong, bearing 2c. brown and 4c. rose, both with manuscript initials and crossed by ink strokes, cancelled by circle of dots, showing "singapore/unpaid" c.d.s. (Type UP9) with small triangular-framed "t" (Type UP11) and manuscript "1d" alongside and showing, on reverse, "singapore/to hong kong" Marine Sorter c.d.s. (Type D8). Very scarce and attractive.
