Singapore Covers and Cancellations 1867 (1 Sept.) surcharged on stamps of India 1870 (9 Dec.) envelope to Wisconsin, USA, marked "via Hong Kong and San Francisco", bearing 32c. tied by large blue firm´s chop and "D14" duplex, and showing framed "paid all" (Type PD2, earliest recorded example).
