Singapore India used in Singapore 1854 Issue 1855 (13 Aug.) entire to Liege, Belgium, marked "via Marseilles", bearing 2a. strip of four (touched at left) cancelled by diamond of dots, clearly tied by handstruck "11" (decimes), showing Marseilles entry d.s. in red and, on reverse, poor Singapore P.O. c.d.s. and blue Alexandria transit d.s.; one 2a. crossed by pressed vertical filing crease.
