France 1870-71 Imperforate Bordeaux 30c. brown and 40c. bright orange, tied by "641" gros chiffres cancellations to envelope dated 7 April 1871 addressed to Philadelphia with Brest c.d.s. alongside, red boxed p.d. and "london paid" datestamp of 10 April alongside, red "2 cents" handstamp applied on arrival; the adhesives a little cut-into or touched at places, otherwise fine and a colourful envelope.
