F size registered envelope to Germany, bearing 1889-96 25c. ultramarine (4) twice cancelled with "registered/rabat" oval d.s. and showing Tangier (26.2) and Gibraltar (29.2) transit c.d.s. alongside, the reverse with despatch, Madrid (4.3) and Hamburg (7.3) d.s.; scarce and most attractive.
