Great Britain Postal History 1860 (11 Jan.) large part printed letter form To the Lord Bishop of Salisbury, franked in advance by Great Britain 1856-58 1d. and additionally franked by Tuscany 1860 Provisional Government 40c. rose-carmine and 80c. pale red-brown, two Firenze 11 Gen. 60 datestamps cancelling all three stamps, black boxed "pd", red London transit d.s. (16.1) on the front and Salisbury arrival (17.1.) on reverse; the Tuscany stamps with mostly good margins for this issue; fine and an extremely rare combination franking, probably unique.
