Ceylon 1857-59 White Paper, Watermark Star, Imperforate 1/- slate-violet, cut-into at upper left, clearly tied by oval of bars on 1860 (Sept.) envelope ex the "Green" correspondence from Colombo to London, marked "Via Southampton", showing red Paid arrival c.d.s.
