French Colonies Madagascar 1899-1901, a correspondence of twenty-seven stampless envelopes (many with original enclosures) to Joseph Barbelenet, a telegraphist in Tsitakabasia or Ambatomalaza, mostly endorsed "Corps d´occupation de Madagascar" with a wide variety of datestamps, also twenty-two envelopes endorsed "Corps d´occupation de Madagascar" to Barbelenet in Dijon; The condition is a little mixed in places but overall very fine for a group of this nature.
