Folio, pp. xxiv, 366 ; xviii, 556 ; vi, (ii), 78 very fine plates, each with tissue guard, and full descriptive text. A very fine set in the original crimson 3/4 morocco, raised bands, gilt. Marbled end-papers, top edge gilt, some wear at extremities, inner hinge of volume I cracked. Internally clean. Large paper copy, one of just 45 copies printed. Very rare. Estimate £ 450-550
