g Victoria, proof set, 1839, gold Five-Pounds, five scrolls on front fillet, and nine leaves on rear fillet, rev. legend reads dirige, small letters slightly off centre between raised rims on edge (as L&S 18 but with edge X not edge W), Sovereign and Half-Sovereign, silver Crown, Halfcrown, Shilling, Sixpence, Groat, and Maundy set, copper Penny, Halfpenny and Farthing (S.PS3), a few very light hairlines, for example below back of Queen´s neck on the Five-Pounds, but brilliant and practically mint state, the silver with deep steel blue toning, in contemporary black shagreen case (15) Estimate £ 45,000-55,000
