Yokohama Country and Athletic Club, certificate for two 5 yen gold debentures, 19(13), no.324, ornate border, mauve and black, text in English, adhesive Japanese duty stamp, small rust mark at top, about very fine. Estimate £ 100 Club founded in 1868 by English merchants living in Yokohama as the Yokohama Cricket Club. Merged with the Union Club in 1912 and changed its name to this. Still a thriving exclusive sports club as can be seen by it´s website.
