Silver Yuan and Unit Stamps Kwantung 1c. on lithographed $100 brown variety "1" omitted [68] in a block of forty from the right of the sheet, unused. Fine and rare. Chan S95a. Photo Estimate HK$ 10,000-15,000 This was one of the varieties which Robert Yue studied in some detail. His research discovered only two blocks, this one which he purchased from the collector who discovered this block, Choi Kwan-Ping, the other block is of twenty stamps and is owned by Dr. Chan Shui-Hon who obtained his block form the dealer, P.S. Lim. Robert was unsuccessful in obtaining this second block. Both blocks have resided in their current collections for over fifty years
