China 1897 Revenue Surcharges Covers 1900 (5 July) envelope to Wuchow bearing, on the reverse, large 2c. on 3c. tied by a fine strike of Whampoa bilingual c.d.s. with further strikes alongside with Canton (5.7) and Wuchow (7.7) bilingual c.d.s. alongside; part of flap missing and some light soiling.
