1860 (18 July) entire (left side flap missing) ex the Tucker correspondence from St. John's to Baltimore, bearing 8d. scarlet-vermilion right half with two clear margins bisected vertically, clearly tied by oval of bars, showing red despatch c.d.s. overstruck by Boston transit d.s.
