1840 Two Pence Blue Plate 1 Mint SE-TF block of four and SG-TJ block of eight, reunited to form the magnificent block of twelve (6x2) from the foot to the sheet with full deckle edge and inscription "abels above the Addrefs and towards the right hand side of the letter; In Wetting the Back be ca", large margins other sides and showing portions of two adjoining stamps at top, brilliantly fresh with original gum, a light horizontal fold between the "s" and "t" rows and a finger print in the margin at foot are mentioned only for accuracy and do not detract from this block which is surely one of the most iconic pieces of Great Britain philately and the largest known mint multiple of plate 1 in private hands.
