Maberley (Secretary), the content advising that the “Postage Label Stamps and Stamped Covers” would be supplied “to all Postmasters, Sub-Postmasters, and Letter Receivers in the Country….. as soon as they can be furnished with the proper License from the Stamp Office” and listing the selling prices of the 1d. black, 2d. blue and the Mulreadys; usual folds partially reinforced to enhance appearance, Postal Notice framed to an acid free frame to preserve condition, an extremely rare Notice; S.G.
