1828 William Mulready's "Counterpart Lease" for number 1 Linden Grove, Kensington, a large and most impressive vellum indenture measuring 24x30 inches, including a neatly drawn plan of the property, affixed with £1.10s. Duty Stamp and showing fine clear example of Mulready's signature. The contents include a long list of activities which were forbidden, including Soap Boiling, Tallow Melting, Tripe Dressing and Hog Skinning! An interesting and most attractive document. Photo
