A19 and A27, the first dated 1840 (15 June) from Cork to Dublin cancelled by fine Maltese Cross in dull red shade (Brandon Certificate, 2022), the latter dated 1840 (Oct.) from Lanark to Edinburgh cancelled by red-brown Maltese Cross of Lanark with M. Jackson Certificate (2022) which mentions this may have been the result of oxidisation; envelopes A151 and A161 (tear), the first dated 1840 (30 Aug.) from Ross-on-Wye to Wallingford cancelled by red Maltese Cross with M. Jackson Certificate (2022), the latter undated, from Dorking to Peterborough cancelled by red Maltese Cross in darker shade. Mixed condition though a good group.
